Ammos Jávea

Back

When developing the concept of this lounge restaurant, its location, in the center of the liveliest beach in Jávea, is decisive. The premise we set for ourselves has been to imbue it with the fresh and casual style that is experienced at the foot of the sand but also to infuse a breath of chic tropicalism capable of achieving differentiation from the rest of the establishments on the same promenade.
Ammos was conceived as an open space, with a comfort menu designed to delight diners with dishes that are automatically familiar to the palate.

Both due to its location and the type of cuisine it produces, it becomes essential to contemplate the opening to the outside; connecting interior and exterior spaces thanks to the light glazing that achieves an open front, and the side terrace, which takes advantage of pre-existing elements of the previous occupation but bringing them to the sparkling concept, of a tropical and warm bistro, of Ammos.

Inspired by the idea of sharing that the owner transmitted to us, the innermost area of the establishment draws, parallel to the bar, a large bench designed for large groups of friends or family. This large central element opens towards the two sides, allowing greater optimization of the space for tables as well as more versatility when it comes to hosting groups depending on their size.
The lighting is aimed at reinforcing the atmosphere welcoming the entire space, with colored glass sconces, creating plasticity on the wall or with brass pendants, which also reinforce the chic and cosmopolitan concept of Ammos. The rounded furniture and the plinth that runs longitudinally through the space confirm the fifties air that is breathed throughout the space.
